Maria Loya, Caterer

Maria Loya has worked at Con­gre­ga­tion Aha­vath Sholom for 12 years, first as an assis­tant and now as the pri­mary caterer. She cred­its Dianne Young and Han­nah Hochster with teach­ing her how to run a pro­fes­sional kitchen and how to observe the laws of kashrut.
