Social Action

CAS has a very active Social Action Com­mit­tee that reg­u­larly plans par­tic­i­pa­tory events.

Some sam­ple events:

• cook­ing din­ner at the Ronald McDon­ald House
• con­duct­ing a joint blood drive with Beth-El Congregation
• col­lect­ing dry goods for Samar­i­tan House
• reor­ga­niz­ing the CAS Library to cre­ate a wel­com­ing space for Junior Torah Troop

From the Co-Chairs

We have sev­eral mem­bers and friends who are actively involved with var­i­ous orga­ni­za­tions, and par­tic­i­pate in many events in the com­mu­nity. It would be great if we could get orga­nized and work together on var­i­ous projects through­out the year. This is an open invi­ta­tion to any­one inter­ested in join­ing the Social Action Committee.
