A follow-up to last year’s “A Time to Talk” symposium, this year’s “A Time to Act” will zero in on the Advance Care Documents themselves – what they are, why we need them, and how to complete them. A not-to-be-missed program about making important health care decisions for ourselves now, so we are prepared for the future. Everyone aged 16-100 is encouraged to attend.
The program will be Sunday, March 19th, from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM, at Beth-El Congregation. The cost is $18.00 per person if you register before March 13th; $25.00 after March 13th and at the door. The registration fee includes a light breakfast, a boxed lunch, and the Advance Care Planning Guide.
Registration is available online at www.tarrantfederation.org. Or send a check to the Jewish Federation of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, 4049 Kingsridge Road, Fort Worth, TX 76109.
