Programs for Everyone

Rockin' Ruach - Our lively, music-filled program for certain Friday night Kabbalat Shabbat services that brings the community together through song, spirit, and connection.

Kiddush Luncheon - Come for Saturday morning services, stay for lunch. We host weekly Kiddush lunch for our congregants to kibbitz and relax. Shabbat Shalom!

Minyanim - We have morning minyan each weekday M-F at 6:55 am (Rosh Chodesh 6:45 am; holidays 9 am), and evening minyan Tue/Thu at 6 pm. On Sunday mornings, minyan is at 9 am. Come be a part of our minyanaires and take part in the mitzvah of making minyan for those needing to say Kaddish.


Programs for Kids and Families

Young People's Service - A Shabbat experience designed for children and families that blends tradition with fun, interactive learning.

Ahavath Shabbat - Saturday morning youth services that weave together prayer, reflection, and celebration in a warm, welcoming environment. All ages of youth are invited, with a separate discussion group for older students.

Learning and Engagement Center (LEC) - A hub for Jewish learning, offering classes and programs for kids from age 2 to high school to deepen knowledge, ask questions, and grow together.

Camp Ahava - Our beloved summer program where kids build friendships, explore Judaism, and enjoy fun-filled activities in a nurturing setting.

B'nai Mitzvah Training - From start to finish, your child will be ready to rock the bimah when they become a bar or bat mitzvah.


Programs for Adults

Weekly Mahjong Games - Come to CAS Tuesday nights from 7-9 pm, and Wednesday from 1-3 pm for a game of mahjong! Whether you come to play, for lessons, or bring your regular group, we will have a table set up for you.

Needles and Nosh - Join us on the first Tuesday of every month from 7-9 pm. Whether you're a pro or just starting out with some kind of fiber/fabric project, come create, chat, and nosh with us.

Baking Brigade - Roll up your sleeves and join the brigade! Join us as we make every recipe a team effort. Come share recipes and whip up delicious treats together for shul luncheons.

Adult Education - Whether from Rabbi Bloom or another teacher, there's usually a class going at CAS. Check the calendar for current meeting dates.

Men's Club - The Men's Club offers a welcoming space to build connections and relationships, engage in meaningful conversations, and enjoy a strong sense of community. Men's Club cooks breakfast for the first day of the LEC, make hot dogs for the last day, builds the sukkah, and more. Be sure to join the Men's Club!

Ladies Auxiliary - The Ladies Auxiliary actively supports CAS by running the gift shop, addressing needs in the kitchen, and helping in other areas of the shul. They host social events including a monthly book club! Check the bulletin for upcoming book titles and dates. Be sure to join the Ladies Auxiliary!

Wellness Program - Here at CAS, we focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Come join us for a host of topics from mental wellness to fitness and more.
